Species such as parsley, tomato, spinach or arugula can even be grown in a room of a house entry if there is good light and ventilation. In outdoor terraces can grow basil, rosemary, thyme, dill, oregano, carrots, radish, anise, cidron, mint, among others. While care must be taken in a special way these crops to be in pots, it is a practice that is associated with trends as Zero Kilometers, where the consumption of local vegetables is privileged to reduce carbon emissions related transporting food.
